International Ordering Instructions
 
- Payment Methods: MasterCard, Visa,
and Discover are accepted - make sure all digits of the account number are included (do not include dashes) along with the expiration
date and verification number (the three digit number on the
signature panel). You must contact us for accurate shipping and handling charges at products@pdppro.com. All payments must be made in US Dollars.
- Shipping:
All orders will be the cost of Actual freight plus a handling fee of 15% of your total order amount.
NOTE: The
shipping and handling amount calculated in the PDP Shopping Cart will
not include the total cost for your international order!
International shipping is calculated by weight and destination.
As such, the actual shipping/handling cost varies greatly and is calculated
on an individual basis.
- Delivery: Orders
are shipped via US Air Mail Parcel Post. Delivery to most countries
is within 10-14 business days.
- Faxed orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
