The Marriott is holding rooms at a special rate for participants ($109/night for single and double occupancy). Call the hotel to make reservations by Feb. 2, 2010 and state that you are attending the Symposium to get this special rate.

NOTE: Due to the activity surrounding the Mall of America this hotel is in demand. If reservations are not made by the above deadline, you may have to pay premium rates.
For complimentary transportation from the airport, go to the courtesy shuttle area (down through the underground Transportation Center, take the escalator/elevator on the right up one level to the van pick-up area). Vans leave approximately every 30 minutes.

Full tuition payment is required to confirm space. For purchase orders not including payment add a $30 processing fee.

*No discounts apply to one day registrations or if you are attending Session C

Discounts
A group discount of $20 per person may be taken for groups of 3-5 participants and $30 for groups of 6 or more (discount does not apply to one day registrations or if you are attending Session C). Registrations must be completed for each participant and submitted together before the deadline. Discounts must be taken at the time of registration. No retroactive discounts will be given. Discount does not apply after February 18, 2010. No other discounts apply to the Symposium.

Registration Deadline
Registrations must be postmarked or submitted by February 18, 2010. After this date a late fee of $30 will apply.

Lunches
A light complimentary buffet lunch will be provided for you each day of your attendance unless we are advised otherwise. Please note: Buffet lunches do not allow for substitutions.
